4 week courses running on Tuesdays and Fridays (9.30am)

Full of restorative exercises which work to bring the major joints of the body into alignment, to function better and reduce compensatory mechanisms and thus potential for injury or discomfort.
It’s suitable for all - most of us (me included) have joints that could function better, thus improving our overall movement. It will feel gentle (it's not a sweaty, high impact sort of class) but it’s very effective. I also give homework (optional obviously!) and extra information and tips for between the sessions.
£60 for the 4 week course.
